We are delighted to report that we have raised €1.7m ($2m) from more than 650 investors, in a successful crowdfunding campaign run on Seedrs platform.
Our first product - Typewise keyboard app – which offers 100% privacy, advanced autocorrection AI, and an optimised hexagonal layout, all of which reduces typos and increases typing speed – has already been downloaded more than 1.5 million times globally.
We will use the newly raised funds to continue to grow our keyboard app’s user base, as well as expand our product offering into the lucrative B2B sector, with an autocorrect and text prediction API, and Typewise predictive text tool for desktop to be released in Q4 which will be a Chrome Extenstion, with support for other browsers to follow.
We believe there is a significant gap in the market for privacy-focussed autocorrect and text prediction technology in Europe and North America which we aim to fill.
