A credit is only used when the AI resolves a ticket: a full resolution costs one credit, a partial resolution half, and a ticket handed straight to your team costs nothing. What counts as a resolution.
The trial ends after 14 days, or earlier if the credits are used up. To keep going you add a card and continue on a plan, from $99 a month plus pay per resolution. Without a card the AI stops processing, but you can still log in, pick a plan and carry on from where you left off.
